Terms
Last updated 7 November 2026.
These terms are between you, the parent or legal guardian who creates the account, and Enigma Media Ltd, St Julians, Malta.
- What you buy. Access for one named child to one course, until 30 September 2027 (the end of the 2027 SEC supplementary session). Price €50 including 18% VAT, paid by card through Stripe.
- Refund. Full refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been completed. Email us from the account email.
- One child, one login. A course is for the child it was bought for. Each login works on two devices at a time; a third device signs out the oldest one. Sharing a login is a breach of these terms and we may close the account without refund.
- What the service is. A self-study course with automated marking and a parent dashboard. It is not a school, not tutoring, and not a guarantee of any exam result. Marking is done by AI against marking-scheme patterns and may contain errors; it is not an official assessment.
- Not MATSEC. We are not licensed by, endorsed by or connected to the MATSEC Examinations Board or the University of Malta. All questions and mock papers are our own work.
- Content. The courses are our property. You may use them for your child's study only; copying, scraping or redistributing them is not allowed.
- Changes. If MATSEC changes the 2027 syllabus or dates, we update the course at no cost. We may improve courses at any time.
- Availability. We aim for the service to be up all the time and do not promise it. If an outage lasts more than 48 hours we extend access by the same period.
- Accounts. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for your child's use of the service. We may close an account for breach of these terms.
- Data. Handled as described on the Privacy page, which forms part of these terms.
- Law. Maltese law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Malta, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under EU law.
